A wonderful experience! Was in visiting from out of town and was not really planning on making this purchase. Stopped into the store simply to look and compare and I decided afterwards to make the purchase and surprise my husband (with a Breitling watch). I called Michael later that day (who helped us originally in the store) and he was so helpful and willing to work with me and ship the item to me. It was a fantastic and easy stress-free experience! I will definitely be back and looks like they have a new long term customer! Thank you Michael for everything!

The staff are amazing and very patient with questions. My fianceé and I have been going here, and only here, for our watches and jewelry for a few years now. They really do treat you like family if you're a returning customer, and while their store is on the smaller side, they'll be moving next year to a much larger space down the street. Can't wait to see their new store next summer. Sean and Michael are who have usually helped us. Everything from quick watch battery swaps to custom engagement ring sets, these guys are great.
