Fix Phone

I had the worst experience with these guys and their manager. When I brought my phone in for a back glass repair, they did a terrible job fitting it to the back of the phone, and I could see inside the phone from the gap they left. The guy who repaired it kept saying that's the glue, which made no sense, and it took numerous attempts for him to redo it, which is unacceptable. The back broke after three weeks when I dropped it, and I came back after someone else took care of me and did a better job for a lower cost. I want to say thank you to the guys at Fix phone. their customer service was great. I went there for just headphones, and left with a better working phone. It was having connection issues with wired head phones with Type C port. Without any problems they got to work and cleaned the port so well and showed me how bad it was. Definitely would come here for any future phone issues

A very thorough job!!! I had my main camera lens break on me in a longboarding accident and they replaced it for a very reasonable price. If there’s any issues with the repair as well, they make sure you’re satisfied and everything is taken care of before you leave. Great service!

Excellent service. Had my phone fixed in less than an hour. Arafat was super friendly. Would recommend you get your phone fix there and they are cheaper than the other place in the West Farms Mall. 5 star service
