A huge thank you to Cheryl! She was fantastic in helping me pick out and order my fiancé’s engagement ring. She made fantastic, expert suggestions and was unbelievably easy to work with. On top of that, EXCELLENT PRICE! Highly recommend going here for any engagement rings.
I've used Gem Jewelry twice now - never actually bought anything from them but used their jewelry services. The first time I used them was to create a custom made necklace with my late mother-in-law's diamond from her engagement ring. I wanted something very specific created and Michael worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I was looking for. Via email he answered all my questions and was patient. The final product is stunning and came at a very reasonable price. We shopped around and Gem was the most reasonable. Because of my good experience I went back recently to get my engagement ring and wing band soldered. Again Gem did a fantastic job. The woman I worked with (didn't catch her name but she had blonde hair) was easy to work with and friendly. Their price again was very reasonable compared to other jewelers and they even rhodium dipped my ring no charge! I would recommend Gem for your jewelry needs.
My husband and I both got our wedding rings from Gem Jewelry and were SO pleased with our experience with Glenda and Michael. Every single time we stop by, we are greeted like family and they clean our rings at no cost! Glenda helped me create a beautiful custom wedding band and helped my husband find the perfect ring size. Before our wedding, I stopped by to get my rings cleaned and Michael helped me pick out an absolutely stunning wrist strap that I had put on my husband's grandfather's watch. My fiance and I had the best experience at gem jewelry. Very professional and wide selection of diamonds and bands. My fiance got my custom radiant cut ring without any issues and Mike did a fantastic job at listening to our wants and needs. Can't say enough good things
I originally went to buy hoop earrings for my mother's birthday and I did. However I've been searching for an engagement ring and I've search in every site that I can think of. Once I was there I couldn't help but to noticed the beautiful diamond engagement rings. Michael Ginsberg the store manager helped me through the process of picking a ring and a beautiful, shinny full cut round diamond that YES is GIA certified. He also took his time and gave me a few pointers to insure the engagement ring and diamonds. I also like the fact that they gave me an appraisal. I strongly recommend Gem Jewelry. They also clean and resize rings on site. Will add photos as soon as she say YES!
