These guys did a great job specially Connor. I did a case swap and updated multiple parts. The build was super clean, it had amazing cable management, and everything worked as expected. They took the time to go over part options in real time to fit my needs. Work was quick and they kept me updated every step of the way. Pricing was extremely competitive and I felt like I got more back in quality than what I paid. I wouldn’t even consider another company if you need a system worked on!!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Alen. Was a long and frustrating journey at times when not only one, but two different times the PC got damaged during shipping. He worked through it all doubled checked the building process the shipping process and finally on the third try a gorgeous powerful and pristine build shows up. The quality speaks for itself, but the level of customer service is something beyond rare these days. I look forward to future builds and projects. Thank you again!

The best PC ever! Shipped fast and PC came safely to my home and in perfect condition. My brother who is into PC gaming recommended me Meta PCs, we are based in Arizona and so is Meta PCs, so I'm happy to be supporting an Arizona small business! 🥰 I got the Meta Waypoint78 Black and bought an RTX 5080 separately. This PC is drop-dead GORGEOUS! I'm using the PC for playing games like Alan Wake II and Resident Evil 4, runs those games perfectly and also using it for my Machine Learning internship! Super happy! Was super easy to install the graphics card, which my brother did for me because I don't know how to do that. The instructions for taking the PC out and assembling it were easy to follow, so that's great! LOVE my new PC, and definitely will be telling all my friends and Discord server about Meta PCs! 🥳🤩🤗

This is an amazing choice for advice, repairs, and computers. I have been here twice now, and I can say that the people working here are nice, understanding and passionate about their work. They will happily give you advice on parts you should get, when to get them, their personal recommendations, etc etc.. When it comes to repairs, they are also really reliable and helpful. One of the workers named Wyatt help me out with my computer, and we were able to figure out the issue, which happened to be a RAM bug. He also mentioned how my case was valuable, and didn't charge me a dime for his time and evaluation. There was also another employee, which I think his name was Justin, gave me a lot of info on computers a while back, and even gave me and my sister META PCS T-shirts and hats! It's now my second favorite shirt lol. I really appreciate the works this company has done on YouTube, and in person. Hopefully I'll be back, I really enjoy being there!
