Ended up going to desert computer solutions looking for help with my gaming laptop and I was helped by a tech named Tallan. I was wondering if I should just get a new laptop going in but he was able to help me fix mine and explian to me what needed to be done to maintain it better. Definitely planning on going back if I have any other problems in the future, they have great customer service.
