After calling and explaining my issues Galaxy took in my computer to take a look. They found the problem quickly and solved it in just one hour. They contacted me when it was ready so I could pick it up. All fixed, quickly, and at a fair price. I'm a happy customer 😊
We have a $6500 PC we use for our business, We have tried a few other stores but nothing compares to the customer service and expert repairs like at galaxy Computer. when ever we have a problem or question Saied is there to lend his recommendation or solution. We have gone to him a few times and I don’t see us going anywhere else anytime soon.
Galaxy computers is awesome! I went in told him about my problem with the fan and he said he was able to get it done with me being there! I didnt get his name but he was super quick and awesome thank you!!
They know what they are doing and the gentlemen I talked to seemed very nice, so I though I was leaving my laptop in good hands. That was until they tried to overcharge me for a new part and to reinstall windows on my computer. Overcharged me for the diagnosis of the problem, which I already knew. Don't give your money to this business, they're trying to scam you.
