Although my equipment wasn't salvageable this time, An-IT.Expert was wonderful to work with! I feel that they did a great job at researching my equipment, exhausting all available options and explaining the situation to me. Thanks to the team, I'll call again for other tech solutions.
About 2 years ago I had Jeremy come out and install a few Ethernet cables and he was great. His work was excellent. We did finally get back in touch and will have some new work done. Like I said, Jeremy's work is excellent in every possible way so I'm happy to have him back out.
We had a computer emergency and it was very time-sensitive. Zach was able and willing to come to us immediately, diagnose the problem and we were up and running again by the next afternoon. Thank you so much!!!
