After fiddling with the RAID drives in the BIOS settings of my computer, the motherboard wouldn’t recognize any of the drives. I called Jim at Mech Tech, and he explained how RAID drives work and recommended steps to reestablish a link, and it worked! Thanks, Mech Tech!

I don't like to hear about problems I like solutions and those are the kind of people who put your mind at ease because you know you're in good hands. These are the kind of people I can count on to be fair with the bill. I don't have to worry if I'm going to get my bill and have heartburn. The bill was very fair and I was very happy with not having to worry about making an appointment or waiting in line; he was able to make me feel like my issue was the most important thing in front of him at that moment and fixing it was just as important to him as it was me. Professionals that are able to do their job and make it look easy even though it's a very complex issue are who I save to my contacts and who I refer when friends ask who to call.
