Long term IT for my business. Excellent support with our current problem

After years of disorganization and hesitation, I finally decided to take my iMac in to get looked at. I worked with Andrew and he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure he understood why exactly I was wanting. He was able to work much faster than I ever expected and called me several times over the course of a few days to update me on the progress he was making. I am super impressed with these guys and will be going there for all of my tech needs in the future. Excellent service and pricing and people!

As much fun as it is waiting on hold to talk to miserable tech employees at corporate centers... I recommend going here first. Paul helped me when I couldn't even explain the issue I was having, and made the problem and fix easy to understand.Plus he took time to help me do updates and install helpful software. I was just in and out with my PC. Customer service and beyond. Not to mention Paul and Johnathan are just really awesome dudes!

I needed a diagnosis for my broken earphones for an insurance claim, and Fairbanks Tech Support was able to quickly test them after I walked in. The diagnosis was free by policy, and I received a written diagnosis the next day to send to the insurance company. My insurance claim was accepted afterwards, so I'm very grateful to Fairbanks Tech Support for the help.
