We have brought our antique Seth Thomas Violin Clock twice in five years. The staff and owner are knowledgeable and professional. This second time, the hour hand was loose and there was an issue with the key that I wasn’t aware of. In just a little time, they fixed the hour hand and showed me how to do it myself. I explained issue with the old key I had, and I was able to purchase a new one at a low cost. I can’t say enough kind words about this small family owned business definitely one I treasure.
