We had washer problems and we called Appliance Guys. Jim and Ryan were very prompt and showed up at time scheduled. Jim and Ryan are very professional and courteous and had it repaired in very little time. Cost was very reasonable and acceptable. If your having appliance problems I recommend Appliance Guys. Their definitely on MY PHONE LIST

Jim and his son sold me his son’s old Samsung washer and dryer. They installed for me and this resulted in half my apartment being flooded by the washer when the hose busted loose. The washer also stank badly. When I tried to return the washer and dryer to them a week later I was told that it “wasn’t their problem” even though they were the ones who installed it and despite them knowing there could be an issue with the diameter of the drain pipe. They instead blamed the plumbing, and even that was the issue, they had ample time to inspect the drain pipe to determine if it would cause an issue later down the road, and failed to. Now I’m out a thousand plus dollars and my floor is all tore up from their faulty installation
