Called Appliance Guys based of their Google reviews. Office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to get me on their schedule same week as call. My Ice Maker was shot. Steve came out and looked at it. Showed me how the thing worked and told me what was going on with it. Fortunately they had a replacement on the truck and were able to replace it same day. Quick turn around and very friendly service. We had a great discussion while he was working. I will definitely be calling them again for any appliances in my house that breakdown. Thanks to Steve we have ice again!

Appliance Guys are reliable, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. I submitted our diagnosis, provided by Appliance Guys, to Home Depot and were reimbursed 100% of the claim.

This is my second experience using Appliance Guys. Steve knows his stuff. His employees do as well, or they wouldn't be working for him. From call to final repairs..polite, knowledgeable, on time, reasonable and honest. I referred him to my friends, family and neighbors. Don't waste your time or your money...call Appliance Guys first! Thank you!
