Roy was helpful and informative on the phone when I reached out to schedule my first ever annual maintenance on a tankless water heater as a new homeowner. He was thorough with explanations and rationale and he was able to schedule my appointment quickly. Ethan completed the service and answered all of my questions thoroughly and explained everything he was doing. Overall great experience!

Tyler was very informative. Solved the problem quickly and answered questions about other issues I might have in the future. I highly recommend service force. My emergency occurred fairly late last night and they were able to get out here this morning.

We had an overall great experience. We noticed our hot water availability had been tapering off over a week or so and the Service Force team was able to fix the problem the next day which was unexpected. Ethan and Cameron did a great job of explaining the likely cause better than others we had contacted, going over options to fix, and working with us to select a replacement water heater that seemed to best fit our needs. The install was clean and whole experience was very professional. As a side note they also managed to cleanly haul out our old 75G water heater which was weighed down by 18 years of sediment.
