ARK is 100% SURE THE BEST!!! Computer tech person I have encountered by far! light years way better in any way you can think of vs the rest! And he is CALM completely honest ! Way different than all the rest! In other words in my opinion you have him way up at the top! BEST TECH! Most knowledgeable! And most honest! And below him you got the rest of the UN Best! And he did not pay me to Say this! He motivated me by his knowledge! Honesty! And character! And delightful perSUNality! All puns intended! TRUST ME HIRE HIM!! you wont be .0000001% grim!! And he will fix all your computer problems!

Only a day before I was to leave for a vacation in Portugal I accidentally left my open MacBook out in the rain, and of course it caused problems. I was unable to start it so I called Ark and I was able to leave it at a drop off point only a few miles from my home. Within days Ark contacted me via text message with the bad news that it would be very expensive to fix as the damage was extensive. He left the decision to me, but suggested that I would be better off to replace it. He helped me in my decision on which new Mac to purchase to best suit my needs. The day after I returned from my trip. I bought my new MacBook Air at a Best Buy only a mile or two from his place of business and brought it to him to have the data transfered from my dead Pro to my new Air. It so happened that he was making his weekly trip to the drop off point near me. He transferred the data and delivered it to my locality in less than three hours! I can't adequately express how impressed I was with his knowledge, abilities and personable nature. I highly recommend him for any of you Apple related needs.
