Of the 6 companies quoting my replacement boiler, Lloyd's was the most complete, most professional of all. They asked questions no one else did and told me things I never even thought of. I hope when I compare apples to apples I can do business with them!

Will with Llyod Home Service was amazing. He was very thorough in his questions to learn our needs, assessing our house for our available options and explaining them. He was respectful of our time and was efficient when gathering information from us and measurements of our home.

Ray and Ethan were a pleasure. They were pleasant, helpful, open to suggestions and very knowledgeable. They were thoughtful about cleanliness, wore shoe covers and picked up behind themselves. Ray explained all the costs associated with my requests and did a review of the plumbing system in my house making a few recommendations. This is the second time I have used Lloyds and both times the service and attitude of the plumbers was top notch! I became a member of Lloyd’s Plumbing service today because of the good service which begins with the first phone call and goes all the way to the end of the visit.

Ray arrived when expected and was very friendly and professional. The plumbing in my home is from 1986. He explained what he was inspecting, what he saw that was good, ok but not up to current codes and items that could be a real problem. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions in real world language. He gave a complete estimate of costs, broken down to three price amounts depending on how much work was to be done. Ray was great to interact with.

Greg is absolutely tops. I do a fair amount of business with Lloyd and I am always PUMPED to see him as my service provider. His finished product is clean, on time and in budget. He’s also super knowledgeable and personable. Love having him working on projects at my house. Give this guy a raise!
