Meant to write this review a couple months ago, oops. Better late than never though! All Systems Repair was great to us! We brought in my Mom's laptop that wasn't charging properly to have it diagnosed and the (very kind and professional associate) diagnosed it in minutes. He offered some solutions to find a replacement charging cable at a low cost and did the diagnosis at no cost to us! Will definitely be coming back if we need anything else!
Very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. We had a gnarly printer jam a few years ago that they were able to help with for a reasonable price. Then just now, the same printer had a bigger issue and they were able to evaluate it at no cost and let us know it was not possible to repair. They then offered to e-cycle it for us, as well helped educate us on what printer brand to choose for a new printer that is likely to last longer (not HP). Will definitely return here again for any other repair needs. Thank you All Systems Repair for the help!
Brought iMac to get hard drive repaired, we get it back and the screen falls off. Bring it back and they replace the screen for free and put it back on, and it comes off again. Mind you this was not a problem before bringing it to them. Told us they would be in touch and never got back. Don’t bring your Apple products here.
