Popping and crunching sounds, and my garage door stopped halfway down. Screws had been ripped out of one of the hinges. The roller was half out of the track. I called Overhead Door. They told me a tech could come 2 days later, and I would be told the exact time the next day. I received the call as promised, and the tech arrived at the appointed time. He saw immediately that a cable had broken - something I hadn't even noticed. He knew exactly what to do, had everything he needed with him to repair the door, and completed the work in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable. I could not be happier with the service I received from the first call to the completion of the job.

GOOD INTEGRITY Everyone makes mistakes. It's what makes us human. Unfortunately, not everyone takes responsibility for their mistakes, but Overhead Door did. They installed 3 beautiful garage doors on our garage just before Christmas. One of them had an issue and, without hesitation, they sent a technician out to fix it, on Christmas Eve no less. Sadly, the same issue came up again and they quickly sent another technician. Super sadly, the same issue happened a third time and that's when they decided to replace the door. I am thankful they stand behind their work and are determined to make things right.

I called because the bottom panel of my garage door was starting to rust from the winter salt and weather. They informed me that this was covered by my warranty and that they could replace it at NO COST to me! I was thrilled and they were efficient. I called at the end of May, they had to order the panel, but they replaced it on July 9th. Service person was very prompt and friendly, and worked quickly. I think he was her about 30 minutes. Great service, great people.

We had an old door and old opener. These guys are awesome. From the estimate process and getting us what we needed. To install. They were able to come a few days early for install, which was a nice surprise. Dan did the install and he was very fast and efficient. The door looks absolutely amazing and I cannot believe how much quieter it is than our old clunker! I would recommend this crew to anyone in the Vermont area who needs a door!
