This shop is truly amazing getting work done on your car is never fun but with this shop they make it easy. They’re an outstanding company with excellent customer service during a transmission repair. Somebody accidentally broke the door handle on my truck and they were more than willing to fix it and make everything right these people are amazing. I would highly recommend using them for any of your automotive needs and their awards and accolades are quite incredible.
Beware I got my transmission rebuilt last year. When I did a transmission oil change I noticed they did not replace my solenoids. The wire insulation was cracking everywhere and the plug was old and broken. The paperwork says they replaced my solenoids. I tried calling to complain.They said they'll get back to me on Monday they never called me back. These people are crooked and I do not recommend going there
Horrible customer service, couldn't provide me with a parts price on a full transfer case rebuild without them opening up transfer case first. What part of FULL TRANSFER CASE rebuild is hard to understand? I told them I need all new parts, still nothing, feels like a scam. People call elsewhere.
Parallel to none these guys at Lukes are absolutely the best I took my mother-in-law‘s car in there because it stopped shifting she was convinced she needed a rebuild. I told her just wait. Let me take it over to Luke turns out less than $100 it it had a issue with shift solenoids no rebuild required. Anybody else would’ve took that opportunity to sell you a rebuild I loveLuke's transmission the last honest transmission shop it is the only transmission shop will take my cars to been doing business with Luke for 25 years maybe more thanks for always being there
