Very honest mechanic. My go to place in Riverside. Easy going guy and looks out for you. One time, had an audible noise on the brakes and they figured out it was a piece of metal creating the noise and charged me nothing. Absolutely recommend!

I recently had an issue with my car due to a bad alternator, and I took it to A & R Auto Service. Their team went above and beyond to not only fix the alternator but also replace my battery terminal, redo the wiring, and top off all my fluids. The attention to detail and quality of service were exceptional. They didn’t just fix the problem—they ensured my car was in the best shape possible before I drove off. I was incredibly disappointed with this mechanic. My entire family went here, but we noticed we had the same reoccurring problems. My check engine light was always on, so I was were here almost every two weeks. It got to a point where the mechanic told me my transmission was going to fail me, and to help I should do monthly “transmission cleanings” which I found ridiculous, I went with another mechanic and he told me all along my transmission was never broken or any problems, my screen was broken, which Andres must have known all along.
