Total Air Heating & Air Conditioning

I called Total Air and talked with Tish to schedule service on my home AC unit. She checked the schedule for my area and found an opening same day. Same Day!! Not next week or later this week but Same Day. I was thrilled. I was given a time window and was promptly texted to confirm my appointment window. I later received a text from Robert stating he was on the way. He arrived within the scheduled time window then immediately put on clean shoe covers before coming in the house. A diagnostic was immediately performed and a review of my AC unit was done. Fortunately my unit just needed a minor part replacement. Once the part was installed an inspection check list was completed to make sure all areas of concern were checked. Once the part had been installed and checked the temperature in my house began to cool. Robert cleaned and wiped down my unit and gave me a filter change recommendation as well. I will say I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the work. Thank you so much for bringing cool air back to my home.
