A technician name Jacob came by to look at my whirlpool dishwasher. He was friendly and courteous. He was clear about the pricing and since a part needed to be ordered, about the time it would take for instillation. His pricing was based on an initial visit + what it would take to fix the problem such as getting a replacement part which is where the significant expense probably always lies. In a world where companies just want you to buy another machine post warranty, it’s nice to know there are actually people who can repair things. I didn’t have to buy a new dishwasher and the money I spent was less than buying the same dishwasher again or upgrading. I would definitely recommend them and if another appliance needs repair (hopefully not), I will definitely reach out to them again.
