The technician, Sami, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He kept me informed regarding his arrival time. He explained what part needed to be repaired and what the total cost would be, so there were no surprises. Our dryer was up and working within a half hour!
Was very pleased with my experience with s end e appliance repair. They were very professional, friendly and took care of my problem quickly. And the good thing was they were exactly one time as they promised would highly recommend them to anyone. Price was reasonable and repair was perfect
They offered a same day appointment, showed up on time and technician was very familiar with the brand of appliance. Sammy was thorough in his repair and reinstall of my stackable washer/dryer. Could not have asked for a more professional repair experience! I am pleased to have found such a competent company to handle my four properties in Columbia and comfort in being able to offer referrals without fear of being embarrassed!
Was able to have a tech out within 4hrs of my call. The technician updated me about his arrival and quickly determined the issue. He gave me an honest assessment of the condition of my washing machine.
Total fraud company! Amateur at best came and disconnected my vent which had just been cleaned thoroughly and stated that the vent is probably clogged They came to my home and gave no diagnostic just ideas then took the model number and said they would come back with quote for repairs and never followed up they just went by what I said was reading on the screen which was inconsistent They charged me under appliances LLC) so not even sure what actual name of company is)and that is not the name on google and were requesting cash Beware of scammers!!! Called to inform them and they said they would get back to me….
