Definitely went as expected. If I had any issues with any device, I would totally come back and take advantage of these guys services. Walked in, received a quote, then they went straight to work and did what was required pretty quick too. I was surprisingly impressed because I haven't been to repair shops before. Proud of these guys.
Great personal service! My laptop battery was failing to charge. Tried three businesses to determine cause and best way ahead. No joy. Computer Cave diagnosed the problem while I waited (more involved than just the battery). Ultimately, it was less expensive to replace my unit than to fix the old one, which I did. Computer Cave then flawlessly transferred all my data and set me up for success — seamless transition! Thanks, Luci!!
They really invested the time to make sure that the issue my laptop was having was addressed, communicated well about what they saw and any issues that I might be having, and got my laptop back to me in much better condition than it was dropped off.
