Vision Appliance Repair

Vision is a 10 star company in my opinion. I have had my SubZero 695 refrigerator/freezer repaired just recently. Kalid replaced the touch control for Light/Water/Ice as well as replacing the gasket for the refrigerator. In addition, he tightened the handle on the refrigerator door when I mentioned that it rattled. Super job, very reasonable price which was less that what I could have sourced the parts alone. I was so impressed with his work that I asked if the company worked on GE products. My 13 year old double oven was inconsistently stopping the heating cycle at 100 degrees. Also the timer for the oven would only work for times Less than one hour. I had determined, by multiple internet searches that the issues were due to the control board. I had previously had Bodewell (GE/Haier) repair service come out. They charge me $129 and said that the oven was not repairable because it would only work if the board AND the overlay panel (the control panel with all the buttons) was replaced as well, and that the overlay was discontinued. I asked Kalid if Vision would be willing and able to just replace the control board. He said “yes”. Another crew came today, pulled out the oven, replaced the control board and tested the oven. It now works perfectly! The charge for the labor was $359 for three men. I purchased the board on my own for $120 and Vision was ok with that. Unbelievable customer service and super fair pricing. You won’t regret hiring this company to repair your appliances.

He came early, fixed the issue. Tested it after he fixed it. Explained the warranty and was on his way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, it was very easy to book the appointment. I did everything online and they were very responsive via email. I did not opt to verbally speak to anyone. My guess is if the online scheduling it easy then verbally speaking to someone is magic. I will definitely use them again, especially if I don't have to call them back for the same issue more than once.
