If I could give 0 stars, I would. Originally had my screen replaced by Miles as well as the back glass. I paid around $400. A week later, my screen cracked again. I figured it was maybe the case I had put on my phone. Fast forward, I have now paid and replaced 5 phone screens and have spent over $1200 with Miles throughout the last 6 months. The screens are cheap, constantly cracking, freezing, glitching and my FaceID no longer works. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt but at this point I could've bought a new phone. Now, he won't return my calls. Do not go here! Cheap prices=Cheap quality and even worse customer service.

Got my screen fixed 12/05 everything was great fast forward to the day before yesterday my screen started glitching and went completely black I was told when I got service I had a one year warranty so I immediately contacted them numerous of times calls text NO RESPONSE! I shouldn’t have been told I had a warranty and then ghosted when it was time to claim my warranty very upset I had to come out of pocket AGAIN TO REPLACE SCREEN when I should’ve been able to claim my warranty as it was said I had very disappointing. i live in tempe and miles replaced my battery without breaking my screen or protector and it only took 15 minutes!! 100% recommend. scheduling was a bit of a nightmare but service was great
