Kemar Lewis, the dispatcher technician, led with professionalism. He explained the solution in detail and he even saved me some money and time by finding an alternate route to access the plumbing pipes without having to tear apart my bathroom tile. His service, mannerisms, and workmanship were excellent.

Last Saturday, I finally contacted Len the Plumber because my thermostat needed checking. They immediately dispatched a technician, Mr. H. He diligently identified the root of the problem and fixed it. Before leaving, he answered all my questions and explained the options I had for protecting my HVAC system. I'm so glad I can count on this amazing company whenever I need help. They never disappoint.

Aaron, Len The Plumber technician arrived on time and gave my HVAC system a thorough inspection. Aaron demonstrated his superior skills in checking out my HVAC system and even corrected some issues which were left by a different company. Aaron discussed ways to keep the system functioning efficiently and explained that if I added power surge protectors I could prevent damage to the unit’s electrical components. I felt very confident in the expertise demonstrated by Aaron and consider him to be an asset to the Len The Plumber company.

I had a great experience with Len the Plumber and Sadou Aboubakar. My first time using them as I had an emergency on the weekend. Got my water heater replaced in only 2 days (it could have been 1, but the one I needed wasn’t in stock). The second day it snowed 4 inches and they still came to do all the work, and pushed the hot water heater through 4 inches of snow into the house. Mr. Aboubakar was honest, personable, knowledgeable, and offered me a first responder discount.

We have had a couple plumbing issues, and both were handled by some great guys at Len the Plumber. Shout out to Manual for replacing our hot water heater promptly and professionally and responding to insurance adjuster calls as well. We had another water issue - an unknown leak. Yves came out and figured out the problem in about 1 minute. He was so cordial and professional. He fixed the pipe, taking pictures and keeping us in the loop the entire time. He was tidy, quick and the fix looks and works well. We are so happy with his service and we would ask for him by name whenever we need a plumber again.
