I was looking to have my grandfather’s wedding band resized to be used as my wedding band. The ring was sized at 13 and had to go down to 8.5. Rahul and the team at Atlantic Gems were very knowledgeable and upfront about how the significant resizing could affect the ring. I decided to go forward with the resizing and I’m so happy with the job of Atlantic Gems. My now husband and I were so impressed by Rahul that we had Atlantic Gems make a custom wedding band for my husband. Rahul walked us through the process and was incredibly helpful and informative. I originally went to Atlantic Gems to see if it was possible to resize my great aunt's engagement ring. Rahul tried everything to make it happen, but with his guidance we decided using the gem to make a custom ring would be a better approach. Rahul walked my fiancé and I through the entire design process and helped us create something unique. At the beginning of the process, I was extremely intimidated by all of the choices and didn't know where to start. Rahul made choosing a ring not only pressure-free, but made it an enjoyable process that ended with something perfect. I can't thank him enough for all of his help. I first came to Atlantic Gems to see about resizing my engagement ring. Rahul is very knowledgeable and helpfully explained the different options and pricing, and gave his professional recommendation to add sizing assistant beads to my ring. I took his advice and my ring now fits perfectly! My fiancé and I returned a few months later to order our wedding bands, and talked through a custom design for my band. When the piece came back and wasn’t exactly what I expected, Rahul went above and beyond to make sure the piece was exactly right before our wedding day. Both the workmanship and customer service at this shop are top tier, and prices are reasonable for the area. Happy to support a local family-owned business, and they really take care of their customers. Will gladly return for any future jewelry needs!

My (now) fiancé and I custom designed my engagement ring here with Rahul’s help and I can’t recommend him enough. I had daydreamed up a design of what I wanted for my engagement ring but I couldn’t find anything close enough to what I wanted in stores or online. I described what I wanted and Rahul even tried to help me find something but I wasn’t feeling any of the rings out there. So we decided to custom design the ring which was a very cool experience that Rahul patiently worked with us on. The final product turned out more beautiful than I could have imagined and I feel so lucky to have found Atlantic Gems. When the ring fit a little too big, Rahul made sure to find a solution that worked for me. I would definitely recommend!
