Love this company! Mike came out and chkd everything and assured me I did not need extra work ( another company) told me I needed...super friendly,honest and Luke & Austin that did my work very polite clean and explained everything! They are my forever company ! Highly recommended!!
1 Year later, so glad I went with Koz!. Not sure why I'm excited about a boiler that sits in the utility room. Maybe because it really looks great, works perfect & quietly. With these bone chilin days & nights it's toasty inside.Thanks guys!
KOZ HEATING AND COOLING came out to our house and replaced our furnace yesterday. They came ready and prepared for the big job they had to do. Paul and James were so excited to help us, at least that's how they made me feel. It was so nice having to see how much they wanted to help us, like the good old days . They did a amazing job, did more than I imagined. I highly recommend this company, I am be on greatful for all you guys did for us in this extra cold weather. Also came back the night before and brought us 3 heaters to keep us warm till morning 🌄. Thank you again God bless you and your company Debbie LaPere
Great service by John the technician. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing to fix my furnace issue. He went through his steps and found the issue pretty quick. He corrected the issue , and he went through some preventative and proactive tips in keeping my furnace running optimally. He even showed quicker than he was scheduled to arrive which was great, The receptionist was also very friendly and got me squeezed in on a very busy day for them. I highly recommend KOZ and crew.
Fantastic experience! Highly recommended! John arrived quickly and delivered fast, efficient boiler service just when we needed it most. I shared with Sherry in the office that we have a newborn at home and had lost heat, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We’re thrilled to be joining their service plan to keep our older boiler in great shape. Truly grateful for the professionalism and care!
