Royal Oak Heating, Cooling, & Electrical

We’ve been using ROHC&E for a very long time, and have always been happy with them handling the house heating and cooling. We neglected to consider them when some lights and outlets stopped working, but luckily the first place we called couldn’t get out for several days. My father was very happy with the work that Dan did. He said he was nice, professional and methodical in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He had everything fixed the same day, and the charge was very fair. Note: - the initial fee to come out was the lowest of three companies we contacted. - In the past, we had an issue with our furnace that had been installed a few years earlier. Though we weren’t sure that it was the fault of anyone from the Royal Oak Heating Cooling and Electric, when it came time to pay, the tech said he couldn’t charge us as it was likely due to a problem stemming from maintenance we had done earlier in the year. - Another company we called wanted to perform an assessment on the whole electrical system. While I’m sure it’s not a bad idea, we were happy that Dan was able to check things out and only fix what needed fixing. I strongly recommend them for heating, cooling and electrical needs. I want to deliver a special thank you to Dan on behalf of my father, and I’m also very grateful to him for the work he did and for the general experience. A1 BTW, The lights work great now! We should have had him out sooner.

I had a Generac generator installed. Royal Oak Heating and Cooling stayed in contact throughout the whole process. They were readily available for any questions we had. Everyone that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. The installation team arrived on time and went above and beyond. They worked consistently through the whole day in the freezing cold and snow! Excellent job! We are very happy with the work they did and appreciate their dedication. I give them 5 stars all day!!
