There are not enough superlatives to describe this company and particularly Ralph my technician who has been expertly and so efficiently fixing my appliances for years-I wish could rate him and the office staff 6 stars out of 5...
Our dishwasher stopped working and we called this appliance repair company. The technician, James, was very knowledgeable and honest about the issue. He clearly explained what was wrong and what our options were. The service call fee was reasonable and fair, with no surprises. Overall, excellent customer care. Highly recommend.
Scheduled a service call for Samsung front load washer needing service. I suspected it would be the bearings due to the noise. The tech arrived spun the drum and said and I quote "the bearings are bad you need new washer" no tools no investigating. I asked are you sure there is no fixing it, he said sure if you want to pay 2500-3000 for the repair you would be looking at 2 men for about 6 plus hours.... That will be 105.00 for the 2 minutes I was at your house... Complete scam.... I did some digging and found the following: "The national average cost to replace Samsung front-load washer bearings generally ranges from $150 to $600+, with most... I did some digging and found the following: "The national average cost to replace Samsung front-load washer bearings generally ranges from $150 to $600+, with most homeowners paying between $200 and $400 for parts and labor. The high cost is due to the intensive labor required to dismantle the unit, which can take 2–4 hours. Parts alone usually cost between $50 and $150, with labor making up the rest."
Would not recommend! Called with the known problem and model number of the dryer but still have to pay a tech to come out and look at it. The cost was $500 to have front drum felt and rollers replaced.with labor. Service call is only good for 30 days so of course the week after that the dryer was making an unbearable squeaking noise. Called customer service, spoke with a woman named Erica. She must be a relative of someone because this woman was rude. She sent the same tech to come fix a roller that already went bad and that cost another $150. No I’m sorry for the part going bad let us take care of this. Still labor and service call.charges.... Unbelievably poor service, I would strongly recommend taking your business anywhere else.
To fix my dishwasher would cost $743. Not even 6 years old. Too bad Doc’s does not tell you nobody fixes appliances anymore before taking your $100.
