Called at around 830 am. Gave a 12-4 time frame. Showed up and was finished by 1 pm. Price was about what one would expect to replace a control board on a Whirlpool fridge. Chris was very professional. Will use this company again .

Never showed up in the time window given, and never even called to notify me. Had to call to find out what happened, and was given a new time of 2pm. No one showed up until close to 3. He hangs up on you if you call, and charges a fortune. He wanted to charge me nearly $400 for a $30 fix. DO NOT use this company. This has to be one of the most frustrating experiences ever.
I just feel the need to express my feeling of being taken advantage of. Repair technician showed up on time and performed the repair but I was grossly overcharged. Charged $119.95 for fee on top of $267.00 for new bearings pars and repair to stop the noise. Was told the part cost $189.00. Maybe if it needed a motor but only bearings replaced. Total cost $386.95! I was stunned but I did let him proceed to take care of the problem. Shame on me. Another lesson learned.
DO NOT USE...Fair warning! My dryer was making a sound, so I called them to come out. Since I was at work, my mother was there to let the repair guy in. He turned the dryer on and went outside to check the exterior vent and noticed it was not open. He wrote up an invoice costing me $80.00 for a diagnosis description...dryer vent plugged. The only problem is that he looked at the bathroom fan vent. When I called the owner and explained that the guy he sent out did a poor job, the owner blamed it on my mother being there and that she should have shown them the correct vent. He said as long as I would be there the second time, he would come back out. On their second time out , the owner, Chris, turned the dryer on and instantly knew it was the ball bearings. He quoted me an additional $337. I said thank you and showed him to the door. I called another company who came out and fixed it in 20 minutes charging me a total of $135.00.
