Tyler Lieb was a very helpful technician. He answered all my questions regarding my heating and cooling system. He worked so quietly that I forgot he was in the house. He was very professional. His work was thorough. He also changed my filter and made sure everything was in perfect working order. He took his time to ensure everything was working well. Randazzo is highly recommended. They're technicians have always been very courteous and helpful.

From the very first phone call was a great experience. I called on a Wednesday, sales technician was out that same day ( Carlo) who was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I had couple other companies come out for estimates and called Carlo back. He came out next day and measured everything and I had my furnace and AC hooked up 2 days later. The installation team Justin and Jibran were awesome. Both were very kind, clean and friendly. Went over everything with us.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Randazzo! From the quoting process to financing a new 2-ton AC unit, and through to the installation, every step was handled with professionalism and care. During installation, the techs discovered asbestos insulation on a pipe beneath the furnace. This unexpected issue required coordination with an abatement team and led to three separate visits to my home. Despite the challenges, the installation team was patient, flexible, and incredibly professional throughout. The installation manager went above and beyond, staying in close communication with the environmental company to ensure the removal was handled safely and successfully. A special thank-you to Joseph and his helper for their outstanding work—you both truly rock! I’m thrilled to finally have AC in my home, along with a flawlessly installed digital thermostat. Randazzo made what could have been a stressful situation a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!
