Made an appointment for a refrigerator repair. I had to get rid of all of my food in the refrigerator and freezer and shut my refrigerator off for 24 hours so that the repairman could diagnose the problem. They gave me a window of 1pm to 5pm. My husband was waiting for them to come. They called my phone at 1pm and I missed the call. I called back 5 minutes later and he said sorry but he already sent his guys to another job. He said that he could reschedule for 1 week later. I told him that I couldn't be without a refrigerator that long. And I wasted a lot of food. Very unprofessional.

Wow I called this place to ask them if they can service one of our tenants refrigerators and the tenant lives in Wilkes-Barre. The guy had a nasty attitude over the phone to begin with so I'm glad I'm not doing business with them. He asked me the type of refrigerator it was and I told him it was a whirlpool. He said OK well you just said this is for a tenant so are you going to meet my service guy over there to pay. I said no But we can pay over the phone with a debit or credit card, we can also use Zelle or cash app or any other payment form but we, as the owners, are not in that area to be able to meet your servicemen at the tenants apartment. The guy then just hung up on me. I see why they have bad reviews! I would never recommend even calling this place
