Paid $380 to have a timer replaced on a washer/dryer. The technician neglected to replace the screws in the machine and it died ~10 weeks later. Called them about repairing or replacing the appliance and never heard back. Wish I had just bought a new machine rather than trusting these people.
Very knowledgeable and fair. They had the valve solenoid that I needed for my fridge and even talked with me about troubleshooting to make sure I was buying the right part with the right diagnosis. Highly recommend them!
Needed new Kenmore agitator dogs for the washer. They had the set of four in stock and fair price at $10. Fast do it yourself repair taking less than 5 minutes. Cheaper than buying a washer or calling for a repair.
