Rose assisted me in making a purchase of earrings and a bracelet. She was kind, knowledgeable and offered advice with no pressure. It's obvious that her goal was a happy customer. I bought my wife a bracelet for Valentines Day. Deanna took the time to answer all my questions and did a great job with showing me multiple selections and sizes. She made the whole process painless and effortless with max results. They gift wrapped my gift with wrapping paper and even put a bow on it. Our experience at Rainbow was nothing short of perfection. I gave them the incredibly difficult task of finding me a wedding band that matched my custom made ring (that was made elsewhere) as I was struggling to find something that fit tightly into my odd engagement ring. After a few trial and errors the saleswoman found this beauty that fit perfectly. It is extremely ornate and has that vintage look I was going for. They also helped my now husband find his wedding ring and after wearing it for a few days, he realized it was a bit big and were able to exchange it for the correct size. The customer service is unmatched at Rainbow! My husband and I will be returning in the future!
