Kingston Lock

I came too the Kingston Locks twice & will be my last time the very first time I came to get 2 copies made for my 1974 beetle keys made up the owner she was very friendly wanted to come check out the car & even happily told me about how she had a beetle when she was a kid. But much like the second time going too Kingston Locks the owner (the elderly lady) cut the keys & it did not work just like the last time she would tell me its because shes copying from a older key & to make sure that the tumbler is lubricated. But that wasn't the problem it was the way she cut the keys so her son filed them down until they were exactly like the original key & even came out too the car to make sure the car would turn over with the new keys. I came back now for my last time with my 1969 beetle I wanted the samething done as the first time but her son wasn't available again she cut the key this time only having one she yet again cut it wrong & had every excuse in the book as to why it was not her doing she said theres no guarantee for a refund which is basically just an excuse not to refund you even if the business made the mistake. The blank key I had to purchase online only plus shipping is not cheap she tryed to give me a generic key to use as the car key but I have already purchased this one & waited for it it is a replicated vw beetle key blank now I am out of this expensive beetle key blank & the money that I payed to have her cut it incorrectly she would not refund me for her mistake. She told me she son will be in next week but the damage has already been done the key can not be saved as she cut it too low she is a very unprofessional business owner told me over & over I been here for 40 years but has she known the correct way to cut keys for the last 40 years I highly recommend her son for any key cutting because if you go through her it will not be right & you won't get you money back!
