We reached out to Ed after receiving a pamphlet in my door. Ed and his son came to our home and they were very professional from start to finish! Ed took the time to explain the different products they offered for shutters. He was very knowledgeable of the products. After several quotes we decided to go with Kentuckiana Window Elegance!! We are happy with our purchase and the overall experience working with Ed and his son! Our shutters look great!! Also, the shutters came in and were installed with 3 weeks from our order date. This company is top notch from start to finish! They actually deserve more than 5 stars. I give 10! We received the best service I've ever experienced from a contractor. The communication and skills are exceptional. The price is unmatchable. The team, (Ed and Gershwin) are so friendly and helpful. The company is also transparent and you get an honest and competitive quote/price. Now, lets talk about the workmanship~ Installation was a breeze and I continued my work at home job while all the window treatments were getting installed. They installed everything efficiently and professionally. The shutters look so fantastic. The motorized blinds are also cool and super functional too. Everything was explained well from start to finish. I couldn't be happier. I found this company during an online search for window treatments and I'm so grateful for their services. I highly recommend this company!
These people do an excellent job. I believe they are a family-owned and operated business. They are extremely nice and hardworking and the products are wonderful. We ordered plantation shutters for most of our house and a few of the 2.5” blinds for some additional rooms and all of it looks great. I figured the plantation shutters would be nice after seeing their samples, but I was surprised to see how nice even their basic blinds were (way higher quality than the ones I have purchased in the past, and I didn’t have any complaints about the ones I had purchased before, these are just much nicer). The order arrived faster than we anticipated and the install was quick and seamless. Considering how cost-competitive they are, we are very satisfied and happy to recommend them to anyone.
