Journey Heating & Cooling

We lost our heat and we’re in a frenzy trying to figure out what to do. I messaged some businesses and they all replied with “we will get a technician out there as soon as possible!” Which is great. But Cole responded as the owner and came in with full transparency, honesty, and exactly what you’d want from a business. He was helpful, so nice, and so accommodating. If anyone needs any help with their HVAC, call this guy. He treats you like a friend and not a customer. Which is absolutely incredible. I’d give this guy 10 stars if I could.

Great experience! ***This is one of the GREAT ones! *** I called Journey Heating and Cooling when my hvac stopped. I ended up needing a new system. I was impressed with the equipment, and Cole’s knowledge of the products. Nothing about having your hvac replaced is cheap, but I felt his pricing was reasonable. The installer braved rain and wind while replacing my system. It was pretty awful conditions, and most other guys would leave when the rain started. Cole brought out an EZ UP and kept on going. I work with tradespeople every day, it’s my job. I truly mean it when I say, Journey Heating and Cooling is top notch.
