Over the course of a year we have fallen in love with Window Decor and cannot say enough about the company and its products. Starting in April of 2024 my wife and I decided we needed a motorized shade to shield us from the blinding evening sun on the new deck and patio we were designing. I contacted six firms within a 100 mile radius of our house and settled on Window Decor after meeting Charlie. Over a period of several months while designing our deck I called, texted, and emailed Charlie on multiple occasions to ask questions related to materials, sizes, motors and such. He always got back to me quickly, and was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. When I visited the offices of Window Decor I was sold on purchasing the motorized screen from them when Charlie introduced me to his staff and son and they asked me about my deck and patio renovations before I was shown samples of tracks, motors, and screens. Everyone was super nice and made me feel like a member of the family. In March 2025 Charlie worked with my contractor on a regular basis as our deck was being built to make sure the screen would fit seamlessly with the columns and railing. When the deck was ready, Charlie came and took measurements and we ordered our screen through Lisa back at the office who walked me through the contract and made me feel comfortable with my final decisions. When the deck was ready for the screen installation, Joshua and Jeremy showed up on time and went through the installation process with my wife; verifying the correct switches and wires that our contractor left unlabeled before they got started. They then worked professionally as a team for hours despite a heat index of 100 degrees and determined the best way to hide the wiring above our pergola without us asking them to be hidden. When finished Joshua took the time to demonstrate the remote and answered questions about do’s and don’t that will add to the life of my screen. Joshua and Jeremy even cleaned up the deck and yard before they left, something out contractor’s workers rarely did. Today in looking at my beautiful screen I really feel lucky that my wife and I went with Window Decor. Through the whole process we were blown away by the personalized service, materials, and workmanship provided by everyone and will100% recommend them to all our friends for years to come. We’d give them 6 stars if we could!

I have worked with Window Decor in the past and they have fantastic customer service as well as quality products. They came out to measure to give me a quote and then came out another time to ensure that all measurements were accurate for the order. Once the order was in, the installation crew came out and introduced themselves and what they were going to do. They were courteous, efficient and installed the shutters quickly. They took away all of the packaging materials, vacuumed up any dust or debris and returned any furniture back in place. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Richard, our salesperson, was responsive and helped bring our vision, as laymen, to a reality. Our home closing wasn't made official until it was down to the wire, so they brought temporary shades the day of our close so we could still reside in our home with privacy. We didn't even have to wait a week for the install. The team that came out was absolutely fantastic. Most professional installation we have ever experienced. Charlie, Hernan & Micaiah were courteous, knowledgeable and precise. They delivered and installed a beautiful product and we could not be happier.
