Worst service ever. Had my car towed in as it was acting funny. Took forever for them to call and then tell me my only option was $9500 for a refurbished transmission. I asked if there was any other options and they told me to pick it up and risk it knowing I have two kids. After asking around I was informed that was way over what it should cost. When I came to pick up my car, they couldn’t even find my keys. Finally got my car and my friend and I took it to autozone and come to find out a sensor was popped off! Got my car basically all fixed up. Would never recommend these people

I had check engine light on. I got the car the end of September and was told an oil change had just been done. The technicians checked it out and came and told me what they found. Very friendly and professional. JTR did and oil change and found there was less than a quart of oil and it was very dark in color. The car seems to drive smoother. I will definitely be back.

Not only was the price incredible, the service and courtesy was top notch! No upselling, no pressure to get something I didn’t need. So refreshing! Instead they said my tires were fine, brakes were in good shape, no problems noted in the courtesy vehicle check. I plan to return for all of my automotive needs and highly recommend!!
