We called Riggen after hours regarding a breaker box that smelled hot and immediately got hold of the tech on call. He was at our home in under ten minutes and it's a good thing - there was a loose and melting wire that could have ended VERY badly. The tech was very friendly and capable, and pulled the hot breaker before a fire could start. We're SO thankful for Riggen's quick response time!! And even though it was an after hours call, the charge was not exorbitant. Definitely a 5 star experience! Update: Even happier with Riggen, now that they came out to replace the breaker that had gone bad and check the rest. I can add HONESTY to the rating. They knew we were prepared to possibly replace the entire breaker box, thinking that it may not be safe, yet after their certified (and very experienced) electrician worked on it, he found that it only needed some maintenance and small repair. Our bill came out to under $200. How's THAT for not taking advantage of a customer?!

Had a minor plumbing issue with a clogged main drain. Called a few other local business and was told that no one was available. Called Riggens and had a tech out in less than 30 minutes. Steve was my technician and was very friendly, very professional, and really enjoyed his job. He quickly analyzed my issue and presented me with the best options. Within an hour he completed the work that needed to be done and I had a perfectly running system. The cost was very reasonable and I would use Riggen Solutions again for any other housing projects I need them for and would recommend them to anyone I know.
