Jeff did another awesome job for us at @The Magnolia of Montgomery County. Last Friday, the blower motor went out on the furnace. He came and confirmed. We got a new motor ordered (was slightly delayed due to snow and ice) and was able to get it installed today. He is a true asset to our community.
I had an issue with my air conditioning not cooling. Initially called another company, a corporate HVAC company, who wanted to charge me upwards of $5,000 to fix my issue. When Knuth came out, they told a very different and more accurate story of what’s wrong with my HVAC. They were able to get it working on an 85 degree day for $300. They were honest and upfront, answered all of my questions, and were friendly. After they fixed my air conditioning, I asked if they could replace my gas water heater that just happened to go out the day after my air conditioning went out and they said yes. They were prompt in their arrival times and did quality work with my new gas water heater. For safety, I double checked the gas line for leaks and there were no leaks. They used sealant on the water and gas lines and installed a drain pan to code, which my previous water heater did not have. From the time they arrived to the completion of the job was about 90 minutes. After they treated me well with the AC, I felt confident in their ability to safely install a gas water heater and they did just that. Thanks again, Knuth! I plan to be a Knuth customer going forward. 10/10.
Kent Knuth did a great job evaluating the issue with our current AC unit and explaining options. We opted to install a new evaporator coil and outside AC unit. I interacted with several people during the installation process and everyone was helpful and professional. Steve and Pat did a great just removing the old equipment, installing and testing the new equipment. I would highly recommend Knuth!
My husband and I needed a part replace on our furnace. When Knuth Heating and Cooling came out to our house to assess the issue they ordered the part right away but it was not in stock (we have a 23 year old furnace). He had the part shipped over night and was replacing the part at 8 AM the next morning. Our furnace is running like its brand new! Knuth is very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Jeff is great! Very reliable and extremely professional. He does great work, and gets it done quick! We LOVE our new HVAC system, and the price was right! Any time we have questions or concerns, he responds right away. Would recommend Knuth Heating and Cooling to anyone! We are in the Lebanon area, and we've had a great experience working with Jeff, every time.
