Steven and Drake were great, professional, and quick to respond! They took the time to explain everything, and even identified that the capacitor was improperly installed, which saved us from having to get a new fan motor. I look forward to continuing to work with 32 Heating and Cooling.
I am very happy with the Dual Fuel Heat Pump Install that Steven and Drake did for us at the Dry Branch Condominiums in Crawfordsville. The price they quoted was good, but I was most impressed by the knowledge they shared with me when we reviewed the job. I was very happy with the communication during the work, and the promptness of their completion of the work. They worked long days to make it happen and keep us with heat during a cold spell. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a quality installation of HVAC equipment. We very much appreciate the work they did for us.
This review is way overdue, but I would highly recommend 32 Heating and Cooling. Steven and Drake installed a triple zone mini split system in my home in November. Not only do they have great communication, they are thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were also great with our dogs! Steven and Drake, thank you for all that you did! System works great and is exactly what we needed!
