We ran into an issue with a potentially frozen water line during the last -20° cold snap. We got J&S’s contact info from another local plumber’s recommendation. We called and Joe answered immediately, talked us through troubleshooting over the phone and was prepared to come help us as soon as he could, likely while juggling an already very busy schedule. Through Joe’s guidance we were actually able to resolve our own problem….but this would not have been possible without him! I am incredibly grateful for his communication, knowledge, concern and just overall kindness as we navigated a possibly very serious problem. Fortunately it turned out to be nothing, but I know we would have been in good hands if the problem was worse and we needed more help. I absolutely will be calling J&S for any future plumbing and water needs and I’m grateful to have someone honest, local, and kind to call upon! Thank you so much.
