Harold was supposed to start June 9 on June 11 he called and said he didn't like dealing with the town or the utilities and was not going to do the job and was refunding our deposit. I don't believe that is very professional. He left us trying to find a contractor on short notice and as of now we haven't found one. 2 of the ones I talked to are booked till 2026. Our mobile home is ready and we are now, at best, months behind.
I highly recommend Harold's Concrete and would hire this company again. The crew and owner are top notch professionals and did an absolute spectacular job on a foundation for my log cabin home. Harold and the crew were courteous and always answered any questions I had. They went above and beyond fitting in my job before the end of the season (Dec 2021) and I am truly appreciative of the extra effort that went in to make it happen. The log company salesman who I bought my cabin kit from had recommended Harold. I am glad he did as I was not disappointed with the quality of the work and the quality of the people that work for Harold. 5 stars all the way!!
Harold's Concrete Construction is by far the most knowledgeable and professional in the concrete business. All phases of construction were performed thoroughly and with meticulous care. Harold's work included site excavation, footings, foundation walls and floors, perimeter and floor drainage, backfill, and trenching for power and water. The slab floors came out level and smooth. Final dimensions of the foundation are very accurate which will make for straight and level floors and walls in our new home. Harold's team was punctual and worked like a well-oiled machine. We could not be happier with the final results. We highly recommend Harold's Concrete Construction.
Precise professional construction of site contours and concrete pad for doublewide, plus septic tank, with conduits for power and water. Then sitework for slopes, lawns, driveway. Harold and team are courteous, thoughtful, and careful, with great results.
