Michauds responded on a Saturday when our pump died. As a result our tank needed to be pumped out. A new pump was order and Travis showed up exactly on time to replace it which took a little over an hour to complete. Travis was extremely knowledgeable, professional and with incredible response time. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I had a full septic tank which was causing backing up. Michaud's responded within a couple hours, pumped and inspected the tank and communicated back quickly that the issue had been resolved. The price for the service was more than reasonable. They are top notch!
