I am very skeptical about purchasing high value items over the internet. I am also skeptical about purchasing these items at Big Box stores. I'm very old fashioned in my desire and need for face to face customer service. I am also old fashioned in that I know almost squat about today's technology. I walked into Green Mountain Drone & Computers on Saturday morning and it was bustling with customers. In no time, I told him what I wanted a laptop for and he directed me to my best option. The price was in my budget and the second hand gear I purchased was a very high quality item. Not only am I getting a great computer, I am also getting some one on one direction from Seth on how to use it. You honestly cannot find this level of customer service and customer care over the internet or in a Box Store. I am blessed and grateful to be a local, and grateful to be able to buy local.
