We have used Jetter’s multiple times and keep coming back. The prices are fair, they are quick to respond, their work is always high-quality, and their technicians are polite and trustworthy. We never worry about having them in our home. Highly recommend.
Attempted to contact Jetter's for a water softener install in my home. They informed me that they would get me a bid within a week. After two weeks of no bid information, I contacted them and was not given an answer on a bid. I gave it another few days, called again, and received an agitated response on why I hadn't gotten a bid. I have since been ghosted by the company. I do not recommend based on communication by the company.
The Jetter Crew was outstanding. After inheriting a fairly major plumbing issue with our new home purchase, I called Jetters for help. They were able to fit me in quickly to fix the problem. The service was top notch, even letting themselves in to complete the work. The repair was done correctly and we have had no issues since. Fair prices, friendly service, and someone you can count on.
Here is why they earned my business and hard earned money. The called me back within 24 hours, unlike other plumbers in Fremont who took over 5 days to get back to me. I was sent a quote by that afternoon. Matt, was fair and professional and took time to explain the best and most cost effective options. I know for my family, every dollar counts.
