Wonderful to work with. Zach problem solved a combo wall oven and microwave unit that the wall oven went bust. He helped us eliminate the possibility of one going bad and having to trash the whole thing again. He's always been honest and does well weighing the cost of fixing an appliance vs purchasing new. Kindness matters and they've got it figured out!
Our 2 year old fridge went out. I called at 11 and they were booked for the day but managed to get Travis out here by 3. He fixed the problem and showed me how to replace the filters. Will definitely use them in the future.
This year has not been a good year for appliances in my home. So far these guys have put in a dish washer, water softener, microwave, and fridge. Great service, I'll call them when the next thing breaks as well.
I would highly recommend anyone to this place. Zach went totally out of his way to help me get a new fridge in and fast just so my food wouldn’t spoil. Originally called to have a relay put on compressor, whoever worked on it before didn’t know what they were doing and overcharged the system and put hard start kit on compressor. Pretty much compressor which was shot, he said he had no problem putting one on if that’s what I wanted but at that price spend a little more and get something new with warranty because of what other issues could lie ahead. He literally called his family to let them know he was going to be late, just so my family and I wouldn’t lose our food. This was all within a span of 3 hours of him looking at it. Walked me through the whole process and got us a new one, helping us a bunch. Highly recommend, and thank you Zach for being such an amazing, caring person.
We have a 2-yr old refrigerator with a discontinued part that broke. After being told it was impossible to repair, we found Zack at Hometown Appliance. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes. What a great find! Wonderful start to my summer -- will call them first in the future.
