Everly Plumbing & Heating

In my short time living here, just south of Fremont, I've managed to establish business relationships that are definitely keepers for the long haul. Everly is the very first of those. When I knew we were moving here, I had to crash course in everything well, septic, and in between. When I wasn't sure that my softener was working correctly, I went to the first company that spoke to me as I searched, and I'm very pleased with the choice that I made. Becky is helpful, and delightful to speak with...not a hint of impatience as I explained what I needed and asked questions that she's probably heard a million times. After speaking with her for a little while she knew exactly who she needed to send to my house. Who she sent she was ultimately perfect. I had asked for someone who wouldn't just come and repair. I needed someone who was willing to let me learn from them and had no issues with thinking out loud while they worked. It didn't take long before I knew that Jeremy was the guy for that. A man after my own heart, I'm sure he hears the word mansplaining from his wife quite a bit...haha Jeremy told me that another customer bad accused him of talking down, but that says more about that customer than it does about him. In life, if you're smart enough to know what you don't know, and you can be humble about that, then you should be able to accept teaching when needed. Jeremy was the perfect blend of having been in the trade long enough to be knowledgeable, and not so long that he's jaded and doesn't really care to explain or talk. Essentially, I let him treat me like an apprentice, along with his ACTUAL apprentice Colin, for a couple hours, and I got my money's worth. As a bonus he even told me, step by step, how to shock my water heater, and considering I didn't know water heaters could be shocked, that was an invaluable lesson as well. Long story long, Everly has earned my business for any plumbing need that I have. God bless.
