I called Air Comfort randomly because we needed to have our ducts cleaned after a basement renovation. From the initial phone call to switching dates to the day of cleaning, all employees were kind, courteous, and very personable! Wes & Matt were efficient, kind and great to work with! They did a great job! I'd definitely recommend using Air Comfort!
Holly was so personable and helpful through the entire process. I will be forever grateful for all her help during the stressful time of having to replace the unit. Also the help of making sure we stayed warm until service workers could come in. Holly saw our family need and made sure to go through every detail and answer every question
Holly was very helpful providing information so I could make a good decision. Team that did the installation was great and took the time to walk me through items that was different from my old unit. Left the area cleaner then it was when they started.
Air Comfort got us out of a potential bad spot. My daughter’s furnace was not heating with a cold below zero weather system moving in. They got us on the schedule same day as I called . Gabriel came out. Very knowledgeable and courteous young man from the local area . He got us up and running in quick fashion and for a reasonable rate. They are now our go to hvac company. Fremont based, and that’s important, couldn’t have done better .
